Synapri have partnered with a London based Data Business that’s focussed on environmental sustainability and climate action. This start-up is on a mission to empower businesses to achieve their net-zero targets through Data Driven carbon accounting practices and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies. As part of their rapid growth trajectory, they are looking to build out their team by adding a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst.
The Business Analyst role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to propel their career within the carbon accounting and sustainability industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies that drive environmental and sustainable change. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in ESG, carbon accounting, and/or net-zero experience who are eager to contribute to meaningful projects.
Responsibilities
- Conducting in-depth analysis of business processes and sustainability practices.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement carbon accounting frameworks.
- Providing insights and recommendations to enhance ESG performance.
- Supporting the firm's and client’s net-zero objectives through data-driven analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in ESG, carbon accounting, and/or achieving net-zero targets.
- Experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A passion for sustainability and environmental issues.
